We love books. We love community. We love talking about the books we are reading. Our WL Book Club mission is to inspire meaningful connections + conversation through reading. We believe in the power of book club to enhance the reading experience, support lifelong learning, and to build a heartfelt, engaged, and informed community.
Our Wildlight teaching team rotates facilitating this meeting and brings their own flare to book club. Registration is required for this class and cancellation policies apply

Somatic Flow + Sound Journey
WHEN: Saturday, November 4th | 6:30-7:45pm
Join movement and sound practitioner, Katya Seymour for a healing evening of flow and sound meditation. Explore your inner terrain through intentional movement during a 35-minute somatic flow experience.
Expanding your inner awareness through gentle, mindful exercises stitched seamlessly together in order to regulate the nervous system, release subconscious blocks, and get into a perfect state for a 35-minute sound journey meditation. Relax and tune deeply inward to high vibrational frequencies of gongs, Himalayan instruments, crystal bowls, and vocal toning.
No yoga experience is required.
All are welcome.
Beginner’s Guide to Myofascial Self-Treatment
WHEN: Saturday November 18th 1-3:30pm.
You are invited to join Nikki, owner of Blue Lotus Myofascial Release, LLC, on this 2.5-hour exploration into the body’s fascia (connective tissue) system and the relationship between fascia and body aches/pain. You will be guided through how the fascia is arranged in the body and learn how it stores and holds tissue memory and emotions. You will learn how the fascia system connects to and communicates with all other systems in the body. You will also learn about the effects that untreated fascial restrictions can have on the body over time and how fascial pain is often mis- or undiagnosed.
Nikki will guide you through MFR (Myofascial Release) self-treatment exercises to help treat and ease areas of tension, pain, or dysfunction. You will learn about the MFR triad: Myofascial Rebounding, Myofascial Unwinding, Structural Myofascial Release and how each is utilized in a self-treatment approach.
This workshop is packed with information that can be added to your self-care and healthcare toolbox.
*We are kindly asking each participant to bring their own bed-pillow from home. All other tools; props will be provided.
**Each participant will be given an inflated 4” vinyl, self-treatment ball to take home to continue their own MFR self-treatment journey. Please wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in.
Breathwork + Sound Alchemy
WHEN: Saturday, December 15th | 7-8:30 PM
Join Katya Seymour and Angie Corogin for a healing evening of transformational breathwork and sound meditation. These two practices are energy-shifting in their own way, together providing alchemy.

Learn to Self Muscle Test with Erica Wheeler
WHEN: September 2nd, 1-3:30PM
Erica will guide the group through specific ways to self-muscle test. Muscle testing is a noninvasive method designed to determine the potential underlying causes of ailments and discomfort — ranging from nutritional needs, physical challenges, and trapped emotions. Muscle testing is used by many energy healers, chiropractors, kinesiologists, and health coaches to identify potential issues in the mind and physical body.
This class will not include any "exercise" movements but will be taught in the studio on yoga mats. You are encouraged to bring a pen and paper to take some notes.
